AB  - This text presents the results of the research about the attitudes on gender equality within the higher education system in Serbia. The research is a part of the on going project on 'The policies of gender equality: education as a key parameter of gender equality in Serbia'. The results are based on the data gathered through particular questionnaires aimed to study the attitudes of students and teaching staff on the professional roles, family and partnership, feminism, as well as gender stereotypes. The results point to the fact that there are stereotypes with­in the academia, stereotypes concerning gender roles supported both by male and female academic population; however, the fact that the stereotypes and traditional gender roles are supported more by the younger than in older generation merits special attention.
AB  - U radu se prikazuju rezultati istraživanja stavova prema rodnoj ravnopravnosti u sistemu visokoškolskog obrazovanja u Srbiji u okviru projekta Politike rodne ravnopravnosti: obrazovanje kao pokazatelj rodne ravnopravnosti u Srbiji. Na osnovu posebno konstruisanog upitnika, prema ciljevima istraživanja, ispitivani su stavovi studentske i nastavničke populacije oba pola o profesionalnim ulogama, porodičnim i partnerskim odnosima, ulogama u javnoj delatnosti, odnos prema feminizmu, kao i prototipske slike rodnih karakteristika. Rezultati analize upućuju na to da su u našoj akademskoj sredini još uvek prisutni stereotipi u pogledu rodnih uloga, da ih podržavaju i žene i muškarci, ali ono što zaslužuje posebnu pažnju jeste to da se stereotipne i tradicionalne rodne uloge u većoj meri registruju u mlađoj nego u starijoj generaciji.

AB  - The research presented here is a part of an ongoing and a more extensive project to gather data and analyze the status of gender equality within educational system in Serbia. This part of the research is concerned with attitudes toward gender equality within the higher education system and as a point of departure uses an assumption that higher education has in establishing value systems far reaching consequences for the whole society and its future. The research is based on questionnaires through which the following data has been gathered: attitudes to motivation for the choice of field of study and profession, roles in the family, partner roles, feminism. The conclusions point to the fact that the gender roles are not too rigid and stereotypical but point out to some attitudes that need to be further explored, namely young men appear to be less conservative, than young women.
AB  - Tekst prikazuje rezultate istraživanja stavova prema rodnoj ravnopravnosti u sistemu visokoškolskog obrazovanja u Srbiji i deo je projekta Politike rodne ravnopravnosti: obrazovanje kao pokazatelj rodne ravnopravnosti u Srbiji. Zasnovan je na analizi upitnika o stavovima studentske populacije oba pola o motivaciji za izbor studija i profesije, odnosu prema porodičnim i partnerskim ulogama, feminizmu kao i ne/ poželjnim rodnim ulogama (karakteristikama). Rezultati analize upućuju na to da studentska populacija u Srbiji ne percipira rodne uloge kao previše rigidne ili konzervativne, ali i na to da studentkinje u većoj meri implicitno pokazuju stereotipne stavove u odnosu na rodne uloge od njihovih muških kolega.

AB  - Paper present basic concepts and principles, as well as critical consideration of philosophy and practice of restorative justice. Analysis is focused on axiological and methodological perspective and issues of power, gender and diversity as a core for effective application of restorative justice concept in practice. Proclaimed values and principles as crucial characteristic of restorative justice are related with empirical requirement of evaluation of practical effect of this 'philosophy'. .
AB  - U radu su prikazane osnovne postavke i principi restorativne pravde, kao i kritička razmatranja ovog koncepta i prakse koja iz njega proizilazi. Analiza se fokusira na aksiološku i metodološku perspektivu i pitanja moći, roda i razlika kao suštinskih za efektivnu primenu koncepata restorativne pravde u praksi. Proklamovani vrednosni principi, kao bitne odrednice restorativne pravde, dovode se u vezu sa empirijskim zahtevima evaluacije efekata ove 'filozofije' primenjene u praksi. .
