Abstract
The subject matter of the article covers thee influence of the Islamic law, as a part of the family of the existing laws, both in the regulation of relations in Muslim states and regarding its repercussions in the sphere of the totality of relations in international community. The subject matter of the analysis are international-law and domestic law aspects of mentioned kind of law. The international-law aspect is, as the practice goes in such matter, divided between public international law and private international law. Along these lines characteristic examples are submitted of conduct of relevant subjects. The concluding part of the article is an elaboration and the analysis of internal legal life of Muslim world, since these issues are of considerable interest for the international community.
