AB  - Cilj ovog rada je mapiranje i analiza programa podrške pozitivnom roditeljstvu koji se realizuju u okviru nevladinog sektora u lokalnim zajednicama gradova Beograd i Novi Sad kako bi se procenila dostupnost savremenih programa podrške deci i porodicama. Pretraživanjem na platformama UNICEF-a, MODS-a, CPD,
SOS-Dečija sela Srbija mapirano je ukupno jedanaest programa koji su analizirani upotrebnom desk analize. Na osnovu korišćenih indikatora dobijeni su rezultati da nevladin sektor u navedenim lokalnim zajednicama realizuje usluge pozitivnog roditeljstva
koje za cilj imaju jačanje i razvoj kompetencija roditeljstva, a obuhvataju veštine za podsticanje odnosa roditelj/staratelj - dete, vaspitanje i disciplinovanje, prepoznavanje i odgovaranje na potrebe deteta, kao i stimulaciju razvoja deteta. Programi se realizuju u grupi roditelja/staratelja u trajanju od nekoliko nedelja, sadrže
edukativni i iskustveni deo i temelje se na podučavanju, dok se intenzivnije intervencije često ne koriste. Podaci o efektima programa i broja korisnika izostaju. Na osnovu dobijenih rezlutata može se zaključiti da se u okviru nevladinih organizacija
nastoje razvijati i unaprediti veštine pozitivnog roditeljstva, što je u skladu sa socijalnim politikama i značaju koje pozitivno roditeljstvo ima za najbolji interes deteta. Međutim, nedostaje evaluacija programa i kontinuirani monitoring, kako bi razvijali praksu zasnovanu na dokazima.
AB  - The aim of this paper is to map and analyze the programs of support
for positive parenting, which are implemented within the non-governmental sec-
tor in the local communities of Belgrade and Novi Sad, in order to assess the availability of modern family support programs. A search on the platforms of UNICEF,
MODS, CPD, SOS Children’s Villages Serbia mapped eleven programs, which were
analyzed using desk analysis. Based on the indicators used, the results show that
the non-governmental sector in these local communities provides positive parenting services aimed at strengthening and developing parenting competencies, and
includes skills to encourage parent/foster carer-child relationship, education and
discipline, recognizing and responding to the child’s needs, as well as stimulating
the child’s development. The programs are mostly implemented in a group of pa-
rents / foster carers lasting several weeks, contain an educational and experiential part and are based on teaching, while more intensive interventions are often
not used. Data on the effects of the program and the number of users are mostly
missing. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that within non-governmental organizations, efforts are being made to develop and improve the skills
of positive parenting, which is in line with social policies and the importance of
positive parenting for the best interest of the child. However, there is a lack of program evaluation and continuous monitoring to develop evidence-based practice

AB  - Family support and positive parenting is significant for improvement
of parental resources and competencies necessary for raising children,
education, health protection, welfare protection and rights protection.
Main purpose of this work is identification and the analysis of accredited
training programs that are related to family support and positive parenting,
and are availble to professionals in social protection system of Republic
of Serbia in order to assess availability of expert’s modern knowledge on
positive parentingin social welfare system in Republic of Serbia. Programs
are mapped from catalogue of accredited training programs on family
support, that can be found on platform of Republic Institute for Social
protection. Programs are chosen by random sampling method. It has
been analyzed 15 of 37 program summaries by using desk analysis. This
work gives a display of family support and positive parenting concept,
and indicate on significance of professionals training for application of
these concepts in practice. This work also analyzes legal normative frame
that defines training programs as one of possible forms for professional
development. It has shown that training programs are mostly focused on
family as a whole, while it’s’ focus to parenting is less – well represented.
Realization of training programs is conducted in groups, while their
duration is different as well, between 6 to 40 hours. For majority of
analyzed programs, we lack transparent data on methods that are used
for knowledge and skills transferring to professionals, used training
techniques, and monitoring. Data on number of trained professionals and
used evaluation studies on programs effects, are not actually available.
Given data are discussed in the light of modern theoretical approaches and research, and they give us guidelines for improvement in this scope
of work. Conclusion is that training programs offer wide range of general
knowledge and skills for work with families, while specific knowledge and
skills for provision of support and strengthening parental competencies
for positive parenting are modest. In order to organize and provide
quality support to family and parental competencies, it is necessary to
develop new training programs that will offer to professionals’ modern
knowledge and repertoire of specific skills.
AB  - Podrška porodici i pozitivnom roditeljstvu značajna je za unapređenje resursa i kompetencija roditelja za odgajanje, vaspitanje, zaštitu zdravlja, dobrobiti i prava dece. Cilj rada je identifikovanje i analiza akreditovanih programa obuke koji se odnose na podršku porodici i pozitivnom roditeljstvu, a dostupni su profesionalcima u socijalnoj zaštiti u Republici Srbiji kako bi se procenila dostupnost savremenih znanja o pozitivnom roditeljstvu kod stručnih radnika u socijalnoj zaštiti. Programi su mapirani iz kataloga akreditovanih programa obuke o podršci porodici na platformi Republičkog zavoda za socijalnu zaštitu random. Analizirano je 15 od 37 programa obuke korišćenjem desk analize. Pokazalo se da su programi obuke uglavnom usmereni na porodicu kao celinu, dok su pitanja roditeljstva slabo zastupljena. Za većinu analiziranih programa nedostaju transparentni podaci o načinu prenošenja znanja i veština profesionalcima, korišćenim tehnikama obučavanja i monitoringu. Podaci o broju obučenih profesionalaca i rađenim evaluacionim studijama o efektima programa aktuelno nisu dostupni. Zaključak je da programi nude širok spektar opštih znanja i veština za rad sa porodicama, dok su specifična znanja i veštine za pružanje podrške i jačanje kompetencija roditelja za pozitivno roditeljstvo skromna. Nalazi se diskutuju u svetlu savremenih teorijskih pristupa i istraživanja i daju se smernice za unapređenja u ovoj oblasti.

Nasilje nad decom u migracijama na balkanskoj ruti: sekuritizacija iznad prava deteta

AB  - Deca u migracijama na balkanskoj ruti su, pored drugih ugrožavajućih okolnosti, izložena svim osnovnim vrstama (fizičko, psihološko, seksualno) i mnogobrojnim drugim oblicima nasilja, u zemljama porekla i tokom putovanja.
Ovaj rad razmatra iskustva dece u migracijama na balkanskoj ruti sa stanovišta
prava deteta, gde je prikazan deo rezultata istraživanja koji su deo šireg projekta,
„Nasilje nad decom na balkanskoj migracionoj ruti – rešenja kroz zagovaranje i
istraživanje”. Projekat je razvijen u saradnji sa Save the Children NWB i Centrom
za interdisciplinarne studije Univerziteta u Sarajevu, uz podršku Inicijativa za
istraživanje seksualnog nasilja (SVRI). Istraživanje je sprovedeno na teritoriji
Bosne i Hercegovine i Srbije, koje su tranzitna zona na putu prema Zapadnoj
Evropi. Svrha studije je bliže razumevanje karakteristika nasilja nad decom u
migracijama u Srbiji i BiH i faktora koji doprinose nasilju i/ili zaštiti dece migranata. Istraživanjem je obuhvaćeno 48 dece, od kojih je 10 devojčica, uzrasta od
13 do 19 godina. Nalazi upućuju da su deci u migracijama, u raznovrsnim situacijama i okolnostima, uskraćena brojna prava, iz sve tri velike grupe: na zaštitu od nasilja i eksploatacije, obezbeđenje uslova za rast i razvoj i participaciju.
Neretko im je uskraćeno pravo na učešće u stvarima koje ih se tiču, a njihovo
gledište se retko spoznaje i razmatra. Ovo ukazuje na nerazvijene mehanizme
za primenu međunarodnih propisa u oblasti prava deteta u migracijama i nesaglasne, čak suprotstavljene, agende prava deteta i restriktivnog upravljanja
migracijama u politikama Evropske unije.
AB  - Children in migration on the Balkan route are, in addition to other threaten-
ing circumstances, exposed to all basic types (physical, psychological, sexual)
and numerous other forms of violence, in the countries of origin and during
the journey.
This paper discusses the experiences of children in migration on the Balkan
route from the point of view of children’s rights. The research results presented
are part of a wider project: “Violence against children on the Balkan migration
route – solutions through advocacy and research”. The project was developed
in cooperation with Save the Children NWB and the Center for Interdisciplinary
Studies of the University of Sarajevo, with the support of the Sexual Violence
Research Initiative (SVRI).

migracijama u politikama Evropske unije., Children in migration on the Balkan route are, in addition to other threaten-
ing circumstances, exposed to all basic types (physical, psychological, sexual)
and numerous other forms of violence, in the countries of origin and during
the journey.
This paper discusses the experiences of children in migration on the Balkan
route from the point of view of children’s rights. The research results presented
are part of a wider project: “Violence against children on the Balkan migration
route – solutions through advocacy and research”. The project was developed
in cooperation with Save the Children NWB and the Center for Interdisciplinary
Studies of the University of Sarajevo, with the support of the Sexual Violence
Research Initiative (SVRI).",

AB  - In order to respond to the growing needs of migrant

who were traveling on the Western Balkan route, social workers
and other field workers and child protection officers had to acquire
new knowledge and develop specific competencies in a relatively
short period of time. Although Serbia is mainly a country of transit, migrant children, who have been staying in Serbia for a longer
period of time, have experienced challenges in access to services
due to language barriers, overstretched capacities and insufficient
coordination. The aim of the paper is to describe and reflect on the
process used to develop a design, which ensures migrant children
are consulted throughout the process and are the co-creators of a
social work curriculum responding to their vulnerabilities. In order
to gain insights on the views of children on the move regarding
competencies of the workforce in both the government and NGO
institutions, a consultation process was introduced with both unaccompanied and accompanied children in Serbia. The methodology
of consultations was designed as interactive and safe for children to express their views and experiences. Results indicate that children should be key participants in the co-creation of knowledge in
matters that concern them, and it is necessary to develop, test and
evaluate the ways in which we can best understand their experiences, points of view and perspectives and incorporate them into
knowledge for action.

AB  - Savetovališta za brak i porodicu obezbeđuju usluge i aktivnosti koje imaju psihosocijalnu i socioedukativnu orijentaciju namenjene deci, mladima, porodicama, odraslim i starijim korisnicima. Cilj istraživanja predstavlja identifikovanje u kojoj meri su deca i mladi različitih ranjivih grupa korisnici usluga Savetovališta za brak i porodicu u Republici Srbiji, kao i kojim kapacitetima ove ustanove raspolažu za rad sa navedenom ciljnom grupom. Kao metod istraživanja korišćen je kombinovani nacrt istraživanja. U prikupljanju podataka korišćena je desk analiza završnih izveštaja savetovališta i online upitnik sačinjen za potrebe istraživanja. Prikupljeni podaci analizirani su tematskom analizom i deskriptivnom statistikom. Deci iz ranjivih grupa savetovališta u najvećem procentu povremeno pružaju ili često pružaju usluge. Mladima iz ranjivih grupa savetovališta često, tek povremeno ili retko pružaju usluge. Rezultati ukazuju da je vrlo mali broj zaposlenih pohađao edukacije sa ciljem razvoja veština za rad sa decom i mladima, svega 10 od ukupnog broja (93) stručnih radnika. Zaključak je da savetovališta u manjoj meri pružaju usluge deci i mladima i da postoji prostor za unapređenje ovih usluga u pogledu pristupačnosti, priuštivosti, centriranosti ka korisniku i kolaborativnom pristupu u dizajniranju i pružanju usluga, kontinuiranoj dostupnosti i uvremenjenosti. Kako bi se unapredio kvalitet usluga potrebno je obezbediti edukacije zaposlenima koje će pratiti savremene potrebe korisnika, naučna dostignuća i novija znanja iz istraživanja.

AB  - This paper considers Family Support as a fundamental right of the child. It examines the relationship between the well-being of the child as the core concept of contemporary legal and welfare systems and family as a vital institution in society for the protection, development and ensuring the overall well-being of the child. Considering the fact that international legal standards recognise that children's rights are best met in the family environment, the paper analyses what kind of support is being provided to families by the modern societies in the exercising of children's rights and with what rhetoric and outcomes. Family Support is also considered as a specific, theoretically grounded and empirically tested practical approach to exercising and protecting the rights of the child. Finally, international legal standards are observed in the context of contemporary theory and practice of Family Support, while the conclusion provides the implications of such an approach.

Using a real case scenario in teaching social work with children and families in different practice settings

AB  - Transforming classroom knowledge into practice competency is particularly challenging in social work with children and families. It involves complex, competitive practice approaches and different service settings with procedures and norms influencing a child's wellbeing. The paper presents the content, application, and evaluation of a module based on a case scenario which considers the limitations and achievements of social work with children and families in different settings. A mixed-method approach was applied to this review process. Students were given an evaluative questionnaire based on the theoretical framework of experiential learning whereupon they wrote reflective essays describing their learning experience. Case method contributes to the acquisition of reflective, integrative, and stimulating knowledge. The participation level contributes to the students' satisfaction during such learning. Students have learned that families with multiple and complex needs require a holistic approach that separate systems and services cannot provide. This way of learning, with certain limitations, allows activation and an intensive learning experience for large groups of students relevant for a number of social work schools.

A mixed-method approach was applied to this review process. Students were given an evaluative questionnaire based on the theoretical framework of experiential learning whereupon they wrote reflective essays describing their learning experience. Case method contributes to the acquisition of reflective, integrative, and stimulating knowledge. The participation level contributes to the students' satisfaction during such learning. AB  - The 2002-2011 reforms of the social welfare system in Serbia produced changes to the assessment model in the field of child welfare. In addition to risks and needs, the new model considers the strengths of the child, family and community, marking a significant innovation for social welfare services. This paper aims to examine the perceptions of caseworkers regarding the strengths of the new assessment model that is used in social welfare centres in Serbia. Based upon a representative, stratified and random sample of 347 records of children who were referred to alternative care during a period of intense reform (2006-2011), notes taken by caseworkers were collected and analysed. The results indicate that strengths were poorly identified at the onset of work with the children, but improvement followed later in the process. This finding leads us to the conclusion that there are serious challenges and difficulties in transitioning from the problem-oriented model to the new strengths-oriented approach in the Serbian social welfare system.

Mostly due to the prolonged effect of social and economic crisis, there are insufficient adequate and diverse community-based services for those families. Aims: The aim of the study was to examine the effect of newly introduced services on the quality of families' life. Methods: A pretest/posttest study was conducted at the beginning of service and one year later to evaluate the effect of services measured by Family Quality of Life Scale (Hoffman et al., 2006). The sample consists of 153 families of children with disabilities from 35 different places in Serbia. Results: The results show that the services generally improved the families' quality of life, particularly in the aspects targeted by services, but also had significant positive effect on family interaction and parenting The services had the highest impact on the families that perceived the lowest life quality before using them. The life quality was improved, regardless of the type of services, but the effectiveness is affected by the severity of child disability. Implications: The results might be useful for further steps in developing and evaluating individually and flexible tailored service that support families' needs and suits them the best.

AB  - In the context of evaluating child protection reform in Serbia, we explored the concept of positive youth development as well as how they experienced and understood the experience of placement. We sought to understand how youth perceive their strengths, the role of the care system, their views on how life experiences affect their strengths and how they see their future. Our position is that the way in which children see their situation is equally valuable as any other point of view, and that their doubts, questions and views should be learned in the research process. We used the methodology of semi-structured in-depth interviews conducted with 16 young people in care aged 13-18 years. Results indicate their limited involvement in the process of making decisions related to their life and future. There is a strong need for meaningful involvement of children and young people in order to ensure their positive development.

The concept of children's agency and participation is considered in the context of inclusion of children with disabilities in the evaluation of services. Using specially developed Me at the Centre' evaluation method, 20 children aged between 7 and 17 years receiving the home care, day-care centre and respite care services were interviewed in order to understand their perspectives on the services and the ways to improve them from the child perspective. The research results show that children with disabilities can make a significant contribution to the review and enhancement of community services designed for them.

AB  - Growing needs of our experts for operative and relevant tool for risk assessment of children and adolescents in conflict with the law initiated construction of the Scale for Assessment of the Risk of Children and Juveniles for Conflict with the Law (Risk Scale). This paper presents results of research aiming on assessment of psychometric characteristics of the Scale and its applicability by experts in centres for social work (CSW). Scale has 72 items organized in nine subscales. Research included 65 subjects from 11 to 20 years of age, assessed by the Scale by 32 experts from nine municipality's CSW in Serbia. Scale as a whole and its five subscales have good reliability. Two second order factors were extracted: Risks to the child/young person and Environmental risks that have acceptable reliability and good criteria validity in relation to Scale of Antisocial Behaviour Chronicity. Experts assessed that Scale is useful in practice and most of them didn't have any difficulties in its application. Qualitative analysis of the result provided guidelines for further improvement of the Risk scale and for more comprehensive education of experts it the area.

U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja koje je imalo za cilj procenu psihometrijskih karakteristika ove Skale rizika i njene primenljivosti od strane stručnjaka u centrima za socijalni rad (CSR). Skala rizika ima 72 ajtema, organizovanih u devet subskala. Istraživanje je obuhvatalo 65 ispitanika uzrasta od 11 - 20 godina, koje su na Skali rizika procenjivala 32 stručnjaka iz devet opštinskih CSR u Srbiji. Skala rizika u celini i pet njenih subskala imaju dobru pouzdanost. Ekstrahovana su dva faktora drugog reda: Rizici vezani za karakteristike deteta/mlade osobe i Rizici u okruženju, koji imaju prihvatljivu pouzdanost i dobru kriterijumsku valjanost u odnosu na Skalu hroniciteta antisocijalnog ponašanja. Stručni radnici su procenili da je Skala rizika korisna u praksi, a većina nije imala teškoće u njenoj primeni. Kvalitativna analiza rezultata je dala smernice za dalje unapređenje Skale rizika i za obuhvatniju edukaciju stručnjaka u ovoj oblasti.

AB  - Families with children with disabilities are faced with many problems in their daily functioning and the absence of adequate forms of support due to which is necessary to develop a network of daily services in community. These daily services have to be flexible and individualized so they can meet to the greater extent the needs of the parents and children. This is not possible without the exchange of information between families and service providers. The parents' expectations of daily services at the very beginning of their use are examined. This research, which is the part of larger evaluation study, is conducted in 32 municipalities in Serbia and included 243 parents who are the service users. Parents generally have high or moderately high expectations in relation to the development of child's competencies, socialization, participation in community, improvement the functioning of their own skills and whole family.
AB  - Porodice sa decom sa smetnjama u razvoju suočavaju se sa brojnim problemima u svakodnevnom funkcionisanju, kao i izostankom odgovarajućih oblika podrške, usled čega je neophodno razvijanje mreže dnevnih usluga u zajednici. Neophodno je da usluge budu fleksibilne i individualizovane da bi u što većoj meri zadovoljile potrebe roditelja i dece. To nije moguće bez razmene informacija između porodice i pružaoca usluga. Ispitivana su očekivanja roditelja dece sa smetnjama od dnevnih usluga na samom početku njihovog korišćenja. Ovo istraživanje, koje je deo veće evaluativne studije, sprovedeno je u 32 opštine u Srbiji i uključilo je 243 roditelja korisnika usluga. Roditelji generalno imaju visoka ili umereno visoka očekivanja u odnosu na razvoj kompetencija kod deteta, socijalizaciju i učešće u zajednici, unapređenje funkcionisanja cele porodice i vlastitih veština.

AB  - High comorbidity of antisocial behaviour and overuse of psychoactive substances (PAS has been found in numerous researches. The paper aims to establish degree of presence of overuse (abuse or dependence) of PAS by youth with antisocial behaviour and to analyze association between overuse of PAS by youth with antisocial behaviour and characteristics of their social environment. Research was conducted among youth placed in educational and correctional institutions because of crime they had committed. Altogether 57.1% (n=109) of 191 subjects overused PAS. They differentiated from the youth that don't overuse PAS in significantly lower emotional exchange and individuation in family, lower intimacy and openness in communication with mother, higher psychological control, more inefficient monitoring and less consistent disciplining by mother, reduced inner control in regard to mother's expectations and more distinctive pro-criminal behaviour of peer group. Given characteristics were sensitive but not specific in prediction of overuse of PAS by youth. Results were discussed in regard to finding of contemporary researches. .
AB  - Brojna istraživanja pokazuju visok komorbiditet antisocijalnog ponašanja i prekomerne upotrebe psihoaktivnih supstanci. U radu je prikazano istraživanje čiji su ciljevi bili utvrđivanje stepena prisutnosti prekomerne upotrebe (zloupotrebe ili zavisnosti od) psihoaktivnih supstanci (PAS) kod mladih sa antisocijalnim ponašanjem i analiza povezanosti između prekomerne upotrebe PAS kod mladih sa antisocijalnim ponašanjem i karakteristika njihove socijalne sredine. Istraživanje je sprovedeno među mladima koji su zbog svojih krivičnih dela smešteni u vaspitne, popravne i kaznene ustanove. Ukupno 57,1% (n=109) od 191 ispitanika je preterano upotrebljavalo PAS. Oni su se razlikovali od mladih koji ne upotrebljavaju prekomerno PAS po značajno nižoj emotivnoj razmeni i individuaciji u porodici, nižoj intimnosti i otvorenosti u komunikaciji sa majkom, izrazitijoj psihološkoj kontroli, neefikasnijem nadgledanju i manje konzistentnom kažnjavanju majke, smanjenoj unutrašnjoj kontroli zbog očekivanja majke i izrazitijem prokriminalnom ponašanju vršnjačke grupe. Navedene karakteristike su bile senzitivne ali ne i specifične u predikciji prekomerne upotrebe PAS kod mladih. Rezultati su diskutovani u svetlu savremenih istraživanja. .

AB  - The paper presents and analyse descriptive and metric characteristics as well as applicative potentials of several assessment scales for adolescents with antisocial behaviour. The purpose of scales is to assess personal characteristics of adolescents, their families and peer groups that present the relevant ground for planning, monitoring and evaluation of the effects of social services, mental health and psychological counseling services, schools' programs, etc. The scales were developed through different projects and researches and were empirically checked out in adolescents' population in Serbia. Assessment scales included were: Conflict Tactics Scale (TAKIT), Aggression Self Assessment Scale (SAG), Personal Believes Scale (LUS,) Self-Efficiency Scale (SES) and Peer Group Antisocial Behavior Scale (POKS-R). Almost all scales showed high reliability and predictive validity. Only SES scale showed lower reliability, due to the small number of items and heterogeneity of included aspects of self-efficiency. Considering the importance of self-efficiency in planning and evaluation of treatments of adolescents with antisocial behavior, further modification of the scale is recommended.
AB  - Rad se bavi prikazom i analizom deskriptivnih i metrijskih karakteristika, kao i mogućnostima primene različitih instrumenata za procenu mladih sa antisocijalnim ponašanjem. Instrumenti se bave procenom ličnih karakteristika mladih, njihovih porodica i vršnjačke grupe koje su relevantna osnova za planiranje i praćenje efekata usluga i mera u okviru službi za socijalnu zaštitu, zdravstvenih institucija, psiholoških savetovališta, škola i sl. Oni su razvijani u okviru različitih istraživačkih i aplikativnih projekata i empirijski su provereni na našoj populaciji adolescenata. Obuhvaćeni su sledeći instrumenti procene: Skala konfliktnih taktika TAKIT, Skala samoprocene agresivnosti SAG, Skala ličnih uverenja LUS, Skala samo-efikasnosti SES i Skala prokriminalnog ponašanja neformalne grupe POKS-R. Skoro sve skale su pokazale veoma dobru pouzdanost, i prediktivnu validnost. Jedino je skala SES imala nešto niže metrijske karakteristike, s obzirom na mali broj ajtema i heterogenost aspekata samo-efikasnosti koje obuhvata. Imajući u vidu značaj procene samo-efikasnosti za planiranje i evaluaciju tretmana antisocijalne omladine, potrebno je dalje unaprediti skalu.

AB  - The research presented here is a part of an ongoing and a more extensive project to gather data and analyze the status of gender equality within educational system in Serbia. This part of the research is concerned with attitudes toward gender equality within the higher education system and as a point of departure uses an assumption that higher education has in establishing value systems far reaching consequences for the whole society and its future. The research is based on questionnaires through which the following data has been gathered: attitudes to motivation for the choice of field of study and profession, roles in the family, partner roles, feminism. The conclusions point to the fact that the gender roles are not too rigid and stereotypical but point out to some attitudes that need to be further explored, namely young men appear to be less conservative, than young women.
AB  - Tekst prikazuje rezultate istraživanja stavova prema rodnoj ravnopravnosti u sistemu visokoškolskog obrazovanja u Srbiji i deo je projekta Politike rodne ravnopravnosti: obrazovanje kao pokazatelj rodne ravnopravnosti u Srbiji. Zasnovan je na analizi upitnika o stavovima studentske populacije oba pola o motivaciji za izbor studija i profesije, odnosu prema porodičnim i partnerskim ulogama, feminizmu kao i ne/ poželjnim rodnim ulogama (karakteristikama). Rezultati analize upućuju na to da studentska populacija u Srbiji ne percipira rodne uloge kao previše rigidne ili konzervativne, ali i na to da studentkinje u većoj meri implicitno pokazuju stereotipne stavove u odnosu na rodne uloge od njihovih muških kolega.

Instruments for assessment of the risk of children and juveniles for conflict with the law

AB  - Three instruments for assessment of the risk of children and juveniles for conflict with the law are presented in the paper. Current researches of the risk factors for antisocial behaviour were briefly reviewed as a basis for creating the first instrument, Scale for Assessment of the Risk of Children and Juveniles for Conflict with the Law (Hrncic, Zegarac, Dzamonja Ignjatovic). The Scale includes nine categories: General Characteristics of the Child/Juvenile; Breaking the Rules, Hyperactivity and Aggressiveness of the Child/Juvenile; Antisocial Behaviour of the Child/Juvenile; Substance Abuse of the Child/Juvenile; Relationship of the Parent/Guardian to the Child; Characteristics of Family Members; Characteristics of Peer Group; Stressors, and Social Environment. The second instrument is Scale of Antisocial Behaviour Chronicity Indicators (Hrncic, Zegarac) that provides basis for assessment of four indicators of the chronicity or pervasiveness of conflict with the law of children and adolescents: duration, frequency, seriousness and variety of antisocial behaviour. Finally, Parental Monitoring Questionnaire was presented (Hrncic), designed for assessment of efficiency of parental supervision of the child. .
AB  - U radu se prikazuju tri instrumenta namenjena proceni rizika sa sukob sa zakonom kod dece i mladih. Dat je rezime savremenih istraživanja faktora rizika antisocijalnog ponašanja mladih na kojima je zasnovan prvi prikazan instrument, Skala za procenu rizika za sukob sa zakonom kod dece i mladih (Hrnčić, Žegarac, Džamonja-Ignjatović). Kategorije ove Skale su: opšte karakteristike deteta/mlade osobe; kršenje pravila, hiperaktivnost i agresivnost deteta/mlade osobe; antisocijalno ponašanje deteta/mlade osobe; upotreba psihoaktivnih supstanci deteta/mlade osobe; odnos roditelja/staratelja prema detetu; karakteristike članova porodice; karakteristike vršnjačke grupe; stresori, i socijalno okruženje. Drugi instrument procene je Skala indikatora hroniciteta antisocijalnog ponašanja (Hrnčić, Žegarac), koji daje osnov za procenu hroniciteta ili pervarzivnosti sukoba sa zakonom kod dece i mladih na osnovu četiri indikatora: trajanja, učestalosti, težine i raznovrsnosti antisocijalnog ponašanja. Prikazan je Upitnik roditeljskog nadzora (Hrnčić) namenjen proceni efikasnosti nadgledanja deteta od strane roditelja. .
